A new brunch: I’d drive almost anywhere for good Lebanese food. Maybe even Doral. Sufrat Mediterranean Grill — with locations in Pembroke Pines, Doral and Miami Beach — has introduced a new weekend brunch with savory dishes ranging from Levantine Shakshouka ($16) and Sujuk & Farm Egg Scramble ($14) to Mediterranean Grillhouse Kefta Burger ($16) and Vegan Kibbeh (a pumpkin-based take on traditional Lebanese kibbeh; $10). The menu also offers sweeter fare, including Pistachio Brioche French Toast ($13) and, topping my list, Baklava Pancakes ($11). Brunch is available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at all locations. Visit SufratGrill.com.

A New Weekend Brunch at Sufrat Mediterranean Grill
Sufrat Mediterranean Grill expands into weekend territory with the launch of weekend brunch across its South Florida locations, bringing the same buzzing family-style approach into a more laid-back setting. Built around sharing, the menu leans into classic Mediterranean breakfast traditions with a slightly more indulgent tone—think spread-heavy tables, warm pita in constant rotation, and dishes designed to be passed from person to person. The Sufrat Village Brunch Tray sets the vibe early with creamy spreads and fluffy pita, while options like shakshouka, sujuk and eggs, and a kefta burger keep things anchored in hardy savory territory, balanced by sweeter provisions like pistachio brioche French toast and baklava pancakes. Yum. There’s also a build-your-own spritz setup that adds to the fun. This is not the place for a quick in-and-out brunch in between plans, but more about settling in for the afternoon.
